The White Rabbit online slot from Big Time Gaming (BTG) allows you to relive the tale of Alice in Wonderland in a way that only this developer can offer. Featuring the developer’s popular Megaways mechanic, every spin can produce up to 16,807 ways to win in the base game. And with extending reels in the bonus round, this can reach 248,832 ways. The larger layout may be confusing to some people, but White Rabbit is a thrilling game.
Should you spin the reels of this wonderland slot?
If you’re someone who enjoys different slot games, then you should spin the reels of White Rabbit, for sure. There are five reels in the game, and each of these can feature up to seven symbols. Yet it’s also the case that a maximum win of 10,000x your stake is possible in the slot, while an RTP rate of between 97.24% and 97.77% is in effect.
It’s understandable that if someone hasn’t played a Megaways slot before, it may look quite overwhelming. These games tend to have larger layouts and, of course, many more ways to win. White Rabbit also comes with a high volatility, presenting low rollers with a harsher environment. Even so, the theme offers a great adaptation of Alice in Wonderland and several special features to enjoy.
- High maximum win possibility – 10,000x is fantastic.
- I love the high RTP rate of at least 97.24%.
- The theme, special features and Megaways mechanic make for enjoyable additions.
- White Rabbit has a high volatility – not good for low rollers.
- The layout and many ways to win may be confusing for newcomers.
Playing White Rabbit slot online
To play White Rabbit for real money, you need to join an online casino. It is also accessible in demo mode for free. In either case, you need to determine an ideal bet for yourself first and foremost. To change this in the game, you must use the arrow buttons below the Stake box. They allow you to choose a bet between 10p and £20 per spin. There is also an autoplay function to use, which you can activate with the rotating arrows button.
At the bottom of the buttons on the right of the reels is the one for spinning them. This is green and features a play button on it. Press this to set the reels off. They will come to a halt and the number of Megaways will be displayed at the top. Wins form from three or more matching symbols appearing on adjacent reels from leftmost to the right.
Walking around wonderland with special features to accompany you
This game, as well as having stunning base symbol designs, features a wild inclusion. This is represented by Alice, and she can appear on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. Wilds substitute for all other symbols, except special ones, helping you to create winning combinations.
The white rabbit is the slot’s scatter symbol, which can show up on the central three reels only. Spin three of these into view anywhere on those reels to activate 15 free spins. Extending reels can come into play during this round, which is my personal favourite addition to White Rabbit. This allows extra symbols to be added to each reel, increasing the ways to win.
When a reel in free spins reaches the highest level of 12, the round re-triggers. This then becomes a Queen’s Reel, experiencing extra Red Queen and wild symbols.
At random points during the base game, the caterpillar can wake and add up to four bonus wilds to the reels. This bonus wild applies a multiplier of 2x or 3x to all winning combinations.
What are the technical details behind this slot?
BTG has included a fantastic RTP rate in White Rabbit, which stands at 97.24% in the standard base game. If you buy your way into the free spins feature round, this increases to 97.77%. This explains how much you can expect to win back from spinning the reels over an extended timeframe.
It’s important to remember that White Rabbit is a high volatility game, too. Thus, wins will be of a higher value but won’t hit as often. Even so, you still stand the chance of winning up to 10,000x your stake while playing. This is a fantastic maximum, so if you place careful bets, you stand to win some great opportunities within.
Don’t be tweedledum about it
There is little doubt that BTG has paid attention to every detail in the White Rabbit slot machine. The theme is well-executed, and the special features add to the game’s overall appeal. With the amazing RTP rate and 10,000x maximum win, there are even more reasons to play it. You must, of course, ensure that you place appropriate wagers and gamble responsibly.
Newcomers to Megaways games may need time to adjust to the larger reel set and ways to win. However, there is very little wrong with White Rabbit. It provides an entertaining slot game to spin the reels of, with top-quality bonuses like the free spins round with the extending reels. It’s definitely one of my favourites from the brand.
